We are the husband and wife team of Wayne and Tina Parry. We started out in the renovation industry in 1997, progressed into a trimming company, and then established Parry Homes Inc. in 2005.
Although we set the groundwork, we have two dedicated, long term site supervisors who handle the day to day on site builds and warranty work, as well as a part-time social media manager. We have also been so lucky to welcome our three sons who have joined the Parry Homes team. It truly is a family owned and operated business.
Our wish is that everyone has the opportunity to build not just a house, but a home. From the early stages of plan development to beyond the move-in date, we strive to work with each customer to ensure they have the guidance they need, and a home building experience they can appreciate for years to come. We both grew up in Middlesex Centre and have established our own home and raised our sons here as well. Small towns are where we have chosen to build homes in the hopes that others have the same chance to experience how amazing living in a small town can be! It truly does take a
